RULES:
1. Checks can be made out to BBBS of Central Montana and sent to P.O. Box 195 Helena, MT 59624. Cash or check accepted, or debit cards online. No credit card purchase allowed. If you send a check, please write Raffle in the memo line.
2. Need not be present at the time of the drawing to win.
3. Winner is responsible for taxes.
4. Ticket purchasers and persons named on a ticket must be at least 18 years old upon purchase.
5. Big Brothers Big Sisters of Central Montana shall have the sole discretion to determine whether the winner is an official winner of the prize, and the decision shall be final and binding.
6. Winner must accept the prize within 20 days of winning or prize will be forfeited.
7. No portion of the raffle ticket price may be deducted as a charitable contribution for federal income tax purposes.
8. Ticket must list first and last name and phone number in order to be eligible.
9. Your email may be added to our digital mailing list; contact us at anytime to opt out.
10. Ticket is void after drawing.
